The Child Protection Foundation is a public fund listed on the Register of Harm Prevention Charities under Sub Division 30-EA of the Income Tax Assessment Act 1997.

The CPF is also listed in the “Deductible Gift Recipient” register and all donations of two dollars ($2.00) and over are fully tax deductible
